Once you’ve logged in to JustShipIT, you need to click on the Orders on the top menu and it will take you to the page where you can view all of your new orders from all of your eCommerce platforms. Here you can use different filters to help categorize your orders – this way you can separate orders by platform, delivery options, and so on.
Then you can proceed with printing the picking and packing lists. We make sure that the picking and packing lists get arranged in the most efficient way.
Once printed, you can send the picking list to the warehouse pickers, so they will know what items to pick from which storage sections, and the packing lists to the packing stations so they know what products need to be shipped and how should they group them.
The packing team can use JustShipIT to print the carrier labels for the orders on the packing list. Once they pack the items, they can simply apply the label to the packaging and get it ready for shipping. If the customer requires a printed-out invoice in the packaging, then the team can simply print the invoices with a couple of clicks.
Once the products have been picked , packed, and shipped, the warehouse manager can mark the orders, individually or in bulk, as dispatched. He can then also send the tracking information back to the platform. This way you won’t get penalized by the platform for not sending out the orders in time.
