Please note incompleted orders on eBay need to be updated
One of our customers said her orders were missing from eBay. We established that these orders had not been marked as shipped on eBay. As soon as this was done they arrived. Please ensure this has been set as sometimes late payments need to be set on your eBay account.

Orders marked Awaiting Payment fixed
The fix to ensure all orders set to "Awaiting Payment" on eBay get downloaded into the correct status on JustShipIT the following code fix has been made. This is a server side issue so no patch needs to be added. However, if this issue affects some recent orders. Do the following:
1. Close down JustShipIT 2. Click on the JustShipIT exe 3. Click the 'Setup' button 4. Logon with the same credentials as you would normally 5. Select the eBay store in the list 6. Click 'Next' 7. DO NOT Click the 'Create eBay Token' button just click 'Next' 8. How far back do you want JustShipIT to go in order to download completed auction items? Select the number of days before the errored occurred. 9. Click next job done - it will load the orders again correctly. Just Ship IT Tour
Picking List is a new feature of Just Ship IT the benefits of which enables larger eBay businesses who have separate staff for picking and packing to send the parcels out. It's also useful as a check list and a record of total items sold. To Print a picking list do the following: 1. To Print a Picking list select the items you want to send out from the Orders tab and either choose Print Pick List from the work flow toolbar below or from the print menu.
2. The Picking list will enable the business owner to clarify the items that have been sent to the customer and the person responsible to sign and date for the owner accounts records.
