Please note incompleted orders on eBay need to be updated
One of our customers said her orders were missing from eBay. We established that these orders had not been marked as shipped on eBay. As soon as this was done they arrived. Please ensure this has been set as sometimes late payments need to be set on your eBay account.

Orders marked Awaiting Payment fixed
The fix to ensure all orders set to "Awaiting Payment" on eBay get downloaded into the correct status on JustShipIT the following code fix has been made. This is a server side issue so no patch needs to be added. However, if this issue affects some recent orders. Do the following:
1. Close down JustShipIT 2. Click on the JustShipIT exe 3. Click the 'Setup' button 4. Logon with the same credentials as you would normally 5. Select the eBay store in the list 6. Click 'Next' 7. DO NOT Click the 'Create eBay Token' button just click 'Next' 8. How far back do you want JustShipIT to go in order to download completed auction items? Select the number of days before the errored occurred. 9. Click next job done - it will load the orders again correctly. Knowledgebase order.CheckoutStatus.Status == CompleteStatusCodeType.Complete order.CheckoutStatus.eBayPaymentStatus == PaymentStatusCodeType.NoPaymentFailure The conditions above should be true, to be sure that cheque payment is paid else it will go into Awaiting Payment 19/08/2011

Definetly worth the money and I certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to concentrate more on Sales and less on Administration. 01-Jun-07 Saves massive amounts of time with Picking and Shipping Like most ebayers, business grew and I was spending more & more time either hand writing labels, cutting & pasting or exporting from Paypal. Being in IT I searched for a solution that would cutout all of this effort. Just Ship It is just a solution, it's easy to use, fast and in a couple of clicks I can print picking lists and labels for all my shipments allowing me more time to concentrate on customer service. Integrates with Ebay, downloads your sales prints picking lists, invoices, delivery notes, PPI labels. Everything you need a dispatch program to do.
