To select rows in the grids, you can do any of the following:

• Select a single row by clicking it.
• Select a range of rows by clicking a single row first and holding down your mouse whilst moving over other rows.
• Select individual rows by CTRL-clicking each row.

For better performance when the number of rows exceeds the viewable page the rows are paged.  This will be come obvious as next page icon will be enabled.
