Orders and Invoices can be marked with status information.  This enables filtering for orders as well as associated invoices.

Orders that have been downloaded by eBay can also have their online statuses updated:

"Awaiting Postage"

"Paid & Dispatched"

To Set the Local Status

1. Select the desired orders in the grid.
2. Select Orders -> Local Status -> status value  from the Just Ship IT main menu or Orders menu.

 

eBay Sellers

The eBay checkout status of each order is automatically updated each time Just Ship IT downloads orders from eBay.  This field always reflects the exact status of eBay checkout, as reported by eBay. 

To enable you to efficiently manage your business flow, Just Ship IT also provides customizable Local Status. The default Filters that are installed with Just Ship IT are configured to take both the eBay Checkout value and the Local Status value into account when filtering. 

1.    When you are happy that the order has been paid update the online status.  By right-clicking on the row -> online status ->status value
2.    Click Download and Just Ship IT will automatically update the online status for that order
3.    Similar functionality can be achieved for updating feedback.  By right-clicking on the row->Leave Feedback
