System Requirements

Processor

Minimum of 1 GHz processor, (1.5+ GHz recommended)

Memory (RAM)

Minimum 500 MB of RAM (1 GB RAM recommended). Users with large numbers of orders (10,000+) may require more RAM to maintain satisfactory performance.

If you are retrieving up to 200 items per day we do advise the database is stored on its own server.  Please contact us for assistance.

Hard Disk

Minimum 500 MB of available hard-disk space. More free space will be required depending on the order volume.

Operating System

Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 are recommended.

Display

Minimum 1024 x 768 with 32bit color recommended.

Connection

A broadband connection is prefered. However, Just Ship IT has been test on 56K dial-up connection. Please note that the application response on load and download from eBay will be slower on slower connection. A permenent connection is preferred although Just Ship IT will run in offline mode.  If you are experiencing slow response times please change the settings to 'Manually download updates using download now' on the Just Ship IT toolbar.
