Customers are created automatically when an order is downloaded from the connected plug in be it eBay, Channel Advisor or your osCommerce website.

eBay Sellers

Just Ship IT downloads all newly completed auctions, and for each order Just Ship IT checks to see if the customer exists and if not creates the new customer.

Summary Tab

The summary tab keeps a count of all customers download in total and each day.



Customers Tab

The customers tab shows you all customers who have bought a product from you. All the columns at the top of the grid are sortable. For each selected customer the items grid below show you the number of orders the customer has paid for. This provides you information on who has bought from you multiple times.
