Is Just Ship IT secure as its handling all my eBay orders?

Yes, Just Ship IT requires a secure logon to function, and secure 128 bit encryption via eBay’s server to ensure that your details are kept safe from other users. Just Ship IT has been tested by eBay developers to pass the the eBay accreditation. We are proud to include the eBay developer’s member logo and eBay compatible application logo in our website.

Can Just Ship IT handle multiple stores?

Yes, whether you have one store or multiple stores, Just Ship IT handles these seamlessly and in total isolation to each other so you can operate your multiple businesses with one simple to use application.

Can I produce a hard copy of my invoice?

Yes.

  • Select the Invoice tab card
  • Select one invoice (or multiple invoices) and right click Produce PDF
  • The system will automatically create a folder in the Just Ship IT install directory based on your store name.
  • Once the pdf’s are completed a pop form will be displayed detailing the links to the pdf’s for viewing. (click here)

Can I customise my invoice?

Yes, the invoice setup page allows you to add a company logo, include VAT registration number if required, PPI impression if required & dispatch note including your own invoice message. You have the option to produce additional hard copy for your accounts and setup your own invoice number prefix.

(You can experiment with this by choosing a number selecting OK and doing a print preview against the printer you are using to see how it should look)

What happens if I wish to cancel my license for Just Ship IT?

Monthly Subscriptions If you cancel your JustShipIT license after 7 days of use, we will be unable to issue a refund and you will be charged for the remainder of the month. In order to ensure everyone is treated fairly the free trial is available for you to ensure the program is for your requirements, we cannot make any exceptions to our policy. Annual Subscriptions If you cancel after your 7 days we will be able to offer you a refund 50% of your annual subscription. If you cancel after the 90 days of your annual subscription, we will be unable to provide a refund but will cancel any direct debit or paypal subscription. We are unable to refund customers who have been terminated from eBay or Amazon as this is not the responsibility of Just Applications Ltd.

How do I edit a Delivery address?

Customer records are created automatically if you are downloading orders from eBay. The address tab in the customer form allows you to enter a different delivery address if the Customer is on holiday, moving address or prefers the item to be delivered somewhere else.

  • Select the Customer tab card in Just Ship IT
  • Highlight the customer you want to update their delivery address
  • Right-click Edit Customer
  • Select the Address tab card
  • Change the Delivery Address details

What are Invoices?

Invoices are combined orders which are generally paid Orders, once created and confirmed these can never be changed. They form part of a financial document which you can provide to your customers and will be used for your financial accounts. If you have specified a VAT number within the options Just Ship IT will generate a VAT Invoice. Orders that have been invoiced cannot be edited, and if they must be edited then the invoice must first be deleted.

What are Orders?

Orders can be manually created from the customer by right clicking a customer and then choosing Create Order or downloaded from eBay. Orders can be your eBay items that you are selling. Orders are organised into filters for example: ‘Paid & Dispatched’, ‘Paid’ etc.

How do I mark the item as Dispatched?

Local status has no affect on the eBay statuses, these are there to assist in your local management in the order process, Online statuses match the eBay statuses and you can set these statuses within Just Ship IT by right clicking on an order (or multiple orders) and then choosing Online Status->Paid & Dispatched, note you need to Download from eBay after you have done this for eBay to be updated.

How do I mark the Item as paid as I see Local Status & Online Status?

Can I print labels from any printer?

Yes. Avery labels & Dymo labels are pre-defined because the manufacturers provide label adhesives to the correct size. If you don't have any printer paper for these products you can still use the print functionality.

  • Tools->Options
  • Click the Application & Print Settings Tab
  • Click the Label Setup Tab
  • Select option to Show border
  • Top right hand frame Label Selection choose Avery UK from drop down
  • Choose the correct Product number from the drop down list. (You can experiment with this by choosing a number selecting OK and doing a print preview against the printer you are using to see how it should look)
  • Press Print once your happy with the Product number selected

How do I set up my labels?

Just Ship IT, allows you to customise your labels per store. You have the ability to:

  • Include your seller’s address on the bottom of the label
  • Include your company logo on the label
  • Include the itemid on the label
  • Include the invoice number from Just Ship IT on the label
  • Include the PPI impression if required
  • Change the colour of your seller address
  • Use the label smart engine to fix up the sellers address
All this can be setup by selecting:
  • Tools->Options
  • Click the Application & Print Settings Tab
  • Click the Label Setup Tab

How do I set up my Dymo printer?

  • Install your Dymo print drivers from CD
  • Open up Just Ship IT
  • Navigation to the Tools->Options menu located on the top toolbar
  • Select Application & Print Settings tab
  • Select Label Setup tab
  • Top right hand frame Label Selection choose Dymo UK from drop down
  • Choose the correct Product number from the drop down list.
  • If the Product number does not appear in the list select New Custom label bottom frame, and add add a Label name,Label height and Label width. Select OK and the custom label will be defaulted in the Product number drop down.
  • Select OK in the Label Setup tab to save the changes.
  • Choose the orders from the orders tab you want to print and select print label.

What happens if I’ve partially used my label sheet do I have to start a new sheet?

No. Just Ship IT allows you to specify the starting label position, helping to cut costs by making full use of partially used label sheets. Print->Selectable Labels from print toolbar. (click here)

How do I know how many orders are awaiting shipping?

Just Ship IT includes powerful filtering tools to organize order information. Filters can be used to track each order through your business process. Each filter is listed in the Filters Panel with a running count of how many orders, invoices or customers currently match the filter, giving you immediate and accurate information about your store. Selecting a filter from the filter panel causes the corresponding grid to only show the items that match the conditions of the selected filter. (click here)

How do I find the customer address?

Click on the Address tab of the Customer Details window and you have full access to edit both the shipping and billing address for each customer. (click here)

How do I find out the total number of orders each customer has purchased?

The Customers grid includes columns for showing the total number of orders each customer has purchased, and the total sterling amount each customer has spent. The Customer Details window displays a list of all orders placed by each customer, and a running list of all items ever purchased. A notes field is available for recording customer specific notes. How do I update my buyers feedback?

Using a combination of SHIFT-MOUSE CLICK you can select one or more completed orders to update the buyers feedback. The status is local to Just Ship IT until you click download once again which will update eBay to set the online status. (click here)

How do I download my orders from eBay?

To download all of your orders click the Download button on the toolbar. Once you’ve logged into Just Ship IT.
Just Ship IT downloads securely all newly completed auctions from your online eBay store into the system. The download progress is indicated by a progress bar. (click here)
