Performance Improvements

The Just Ship IT architecture has been revamped and this has significantly improved performance throughout the application.

Just Ship IT introduces a new dedicated server to handle the License Manager and a new eBay engine has been added to manage the larger eBay stores so that no matter how many orders you have, they are downloaded automatically.

eBay Improvements

We have revamped the entire eBay download process so that the downloads are now downloaded from eBay in the same way as windows updates work.

This offers increased stability and also allows the user to choose when they want to install the updates that arrive.

If you are working on a slow internet connection, simply turn off the automatic updates to receive manual updates to save your bandwidth.

Reports

Just Ship IT introduces a new tab to its common interface. The Reports tab in version 1.1 enables the users to see very quickly their yearly sales and monthly sales to date.

Picking List

A picking list is available for users who prefer to have a listing of what items have sold with a sent checkbox to update so that the right package goes to the right customer. Useful if you don't pack the orders yourselves. A signature is available to confirm who packaged the items and date printed. A notes section is available for keeping account of what's in stock.

SKU Code

eBay users have the facility to assign a SKU code to each listing item which is useful for larger sellers.

Workflow Assistance

For users who require simple workflow to help assist them through the application it is provided by default above all the main tabs in the interface. It is designed according to the tab selected.

Search Toolbar

A new toolbar has been added to provide users with the ability to search quickly to find a customer, order or invoice.

Item list

An additional item list has been added below the order list to help users see what items make up that order. In the situation where multiple items have been bought.

Display the Flag for each Order Item

For each order downloaded, Just Ship IT will identify the correct country that the customer comes from and display the corresponding flag.

Summary

For simple usability all the functionality has been categorized on the summary page and hyperlinks are provided if users still have difficulty the help has been redesigned with useful examples.
