Invoices

Fully customisable and professional invoices can be created for your customer or for your personal records. VAT, Invoice Headers and Company Logos can be created for multiple ebay id's. Invoices can be printed in bulk for many ebay orders, a simple click and JustShipIT can produce all the information you need saving lots of time over traditional manual methods of copy and paste. The invoices will be stored indefinetely on the system to fulfill accounting needs.  Invoices can be built via the Template Manager these have been setup for you or you can create your own.

Labels

Professional shipping labels can be printed easily. Bulk labels can be printed for multiple orders and for multiple ebayid's. Fully customisable so that your label can include company logos and ebay item id's to keep track. Just Ship IT supports all popular label types and also allows users to setup custom label sizes. Just Ship IT intregrates with Dymo so that printing from dymo labelwriters is seemless. Our label printing technology always ensures that label content is printed correctly on labels to avoid any important information being cut-off each label.

Royal Mail PPI Integration

Just Ship IT has integrated with Royal Mail business PPI service so that PPI (printed postage impression) numbers and stamps can be printed on invoices and labels for all items. No need to stamp the items manually saving alot of time! It's easy to setup and integrates with ebay so that the correct stamp is printed for the particular Royal Mail delivery service offered in the listing.

Online order status update

To save even more time JustShipIT has inbuilt ebay/Amazon order status updating for orders. Can be done manually or an automated status change can be setup after each shipping item is printed.

Reports

The Reports tab enables the users to see very quickly their yearly sales and monthly sales to date.

Picking List

A picking list is available for users who prefer to have a listing of what items have sold with a sent checkbox to update so that the right package goes to the right customer. Useful if you don't pack the orders yourselves. A signature is available to confirm who packaged the items and date printed. A notes section is available for keeping account of what's in stock.

Display the Flag for each Order Item

For each order downloaded, JustShipIT will identify the correct country that the customer comes from and display the corresponding flag.

Summary

For simple usability all the functionality has been categorized on the summary page and hyperlinks are provided if users still have difficulty the help has been redesigned with useful examples.

Template Manager

This feature allows customer to design their own labels, invoices, despatch notes, picking lists or emails. This achieved by dragging and dropping data fields anywhere on to the design area a preview window is also available to see how your template will look when printed.

Royal Mail Collection Manifest

The ability to print Royal Mail Collection Manifests, small and large.

Print /Email Preview Navigation

When you view or edit a record there are forward and back buttons available to jump to other records more easily with one click.

Country Print Flag

The feature is available to turn on/off the flag on the labels. Useful as we know we have to send our local parcels our quickly where as we have more time to send out European or International.

Bulk mailshots

One of the real strengths of JustShipIT is the ability to mailshot your customs quickly and easily. You can produce any number of email templates for sales, order details and chasing payments.

SQL Server Database

Just Ship IT uses Microsoft SQL Desktop Engine (MSDE). A robust and secure database to store all your orders and invoice information. No database administration is required - its all handled by Just Ship IT and all completed at installation.
