We are working on a fix for consolidation of orders
It has been brought to our attention that if a buyer purchases more than one item JustShipIT creates a seperate invoice for each rather than consolidating it into one.

FAQ01. How do I download my orders from eBay?To download all of your orders click the Download button on the toolbar. Once you've logged into Just Ship IT. 02. How do I update my buyers feedback?Using a combination of SHIFT-MOUSE CLICK you can select one or more completed orders to update the buyers feedback. The status is local to Just Ship IT until you click download once again which will update eBay to set the online status. (click here) 03. How do I find out the total number of orders each customer has purchased?The Customers grid includes columns for showing the total number of orders each customer has purchased, and the total sterling amount each customer has spent. The Customer Details window displays a list of all orders placed by each customer, and a running list of all items ever purchased. A notes field is available for recording customer specific notes. (click here) 04. How do I find the customer address?Click on the Address tab of the Customer Details window and you have full access to edit both the shipping and billing address for each customer. (click here) 05. How do I know how many orders are awaiting shipping?Just Ship IT includes powerful filtering tools to organize order information. Filters can be used to track each order through your business process. Each filter is listed in the Filters Panel with a running count of how many orders, invoices or customers currently match the filter, giving you immediate and accurate information about your store. Selecting a filter from the filter panel causes the corresponding grid to only show the items that match the conditions of the selected filter. (click here) 06. What happens if I've partially used my label sheet do I have to start a new sheet?No. Just Ship IT allows you to specify the starting label position, helping to cut costs by making full use of partially used label sheets. 09. Can I print labels from any printer?Yes. Avery labels & Dymo labels are pre-defined because the manufacturers provide label adhesives to the correct size. If you don't have any printer paper for these products you can still use the print functionality.

How do I mark the Item as paid as I see Local Status & Online Status?Local status has no affect on the eBay statuses, these are there to assist in your local management in the order process, Online statuses match the eBay statuses and you can set these statuses within Just Ship IT by right clicking on an order (or multiple orders) and then choosing Online Status->Paid, note you need to Download from eBay after you have done this for eBay to be updated. 11. What are Orders?Orders can be manually created from the customer by right clicking a customer and then choosing Create Order or downloaded from eBay. Orders can be your eBay items that you are selling. Orders are organised into filters for example: 'Paid & Dispatched', 'Paid' etc. 13. What are Invoices?Invoices are combined orders which are generally paid Orders, once created and confirmed these can never be changed. They form part of a financial document which you can provide to your customers and will be used for your financial accounts. If you have specified a VAT number within the options Just Ship IT will generate a VAT Invoice. Orders that have been invoiced cannot be edited, and if they must be edited then the invoice must first be deleted. 14. How do I edit a Delivery address?Customer records are created automatically if you are downloading orders from eBay. The address tab in the customer form allows you to enter a different delivery address if the Customer is on holiday, moving address or prefers the item to be delivered somewhere else.

Can I customise my invoice?Yes, the invoice setup page allows you to add a company logo, include VAT registration number if required, PPI impression if required & dispatch note including your own invoice message. You have the option to produce additional hard copy for your accounts and setup your own invoice number prefix.
(You can experiment with this by choosing a number selecting OK and doing a print preview against the printer you are using to see how it should look) 16. Can I produce a hard copy of my invoice?Yes
